Hi, I’m Rachel!
I’m a licensed therapist, millennial, and mom based in Westchester County, NY. I specialize in therapy for high-achieving moms and women who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, and the mental load of motherhood.
My clients are self-aware, experienced in therapy, and navigating major life transitions like parenting, career changes, or relationships. Whether you're dealing with overthinking, burnout, or the pressure to do it all, I provide practical, compassionate support to help you feel grounded, confident, and in control. I offer online therapy for moms and women throughout New York State.
I know firsthand that therapy works because I’ve seen it transform lives—and I’m fully committed to your journey. You don’t need a therapist who just listens and takes notes; you need someone who truly understands and gives you practical tools to break free from procrastination and overwhelm. I’m here to guide you with real strategies, honest advice, and steady support every step of the way.

My Experience
I have been in the healing profession for more than twenty years. My experience has guided me to where I am today, and continues to provide useful insight and knowledge.
Before opening my practice, I gained experience in diverse settings—working in foster care, early childhood education, and even forensic social work within family court. These roles gave me a deep understanding of complex family dynamics, early development, and the impact of trauma, all of which inform the work I do with clients today.
I'm trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Advanced Psychotherapy for Perinatal and Postpartum Anxiety and Mood Disorders. My approach is integrative because I believe each client is unique, and therapy should be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals on this journey.
My Values
I have a strong set of values that I bring to each session with my clients.
Feel heard without judgment.
I provide a space to be yourself without consequence.
Our connection matters.
I am relationship-forward with all of my clients and bring a human approach to my therapy practice.
Create change with grace.
I’m comfortable navigating difficult spaces with clients and will encourage you to show empathy for both yourself and others.
Laughter is important.
I like bringing humor to my practice. I’m not afraid to joke around with my clients and I don’t take myself too seriously.
